#2015bestnine Based on Instagram Likes and Stories!

2015 has just already finished, but the memories will always remain deep in my heart. I just couldn't thank 2015 and my past self enough for again scratching beautiful and wonderful memories to my lifetime history. Too many good memories to remember instead of the bad ones. Good memories, too sweet to be forgotten, and the bad ones too, too painful to be forgotten, but instead of regretting it, I'd prefer making it a lesson, having it as my own personal milestone that today I got to be alive again, passing through it eventually and believing that storm would actually pass and wonderful things will come eventually. And that is such a relieve.

best nine moments based on instagram likes

so, here they are, my #2015besnine photos based on instagram likes that is not much describing how my 2015 is spent. But well, it did anyway. I'm just glad that this year (or my IG feed precisely) is not filled much of my selfies (that I know that would actually be kind of sucks and not so me anyway, lol). Even though in some photos there are still about my self-portrait but at least is not a selfie which was taken by my self, glad that those people were there to take a picture of me.

and what I'm glad about the most is that, some of the pics in bestnine are truthfully my favorite photos on my instagram feed, and thank to the people's likes because they loved it as much as I do. haha. These photos describe about what I've been achieving in 2015, such as my first tracking experience as I have been longed for, meeting my favorite fashion blogger (finally!), my first road-trip experience, my first (actual) survey as architecture student (eventually after 2 years of studying), and some are my favorite random photos with my favorite quote or lyrics lines as the caption, lol.

here they are!

1. Violet Skies

this photo was taken at dawn when we were at Merbabu Mountain. I was sleeping when it came the time for Shubuh prayer, but at that time I was on my last days of period so I kind of not getting my self up for Shubuh prayer. But my friend woke me up anyway, he said that I should go outside and catch the sun rise, so I woke up and I joined my friends out from the tent. And here the skies scenery that welcomed us on the morning. It's just overly beautifully surreal. At night, we were enamored by the mesmerizing Milky Way and in the morning by fogs and violet skies, and it's just so indescribable to finally see things by your own eyes. That moment still feels so spiritual to me. and I'm blessed af.
by the way, you can see the full story here; First Trekking Experience

2. Vintage Spirit Around

Claradevi, the girl I've been admiring for these several years finally came to town! Every fangirl (or you name it) will actually know how it feels, to finally meet the person behind your phone or laptop screen came to life, lol. I have never wondered how she's in person but one thing I know is I would really know how she manages to be that passionate about things and stuffs she been doing, the way she maintain vintage style in her life, that is just so wonderful. And there, in the afternoon talk, beside that I got to take a picture with her and said that I like her very much (i knowww right), we got so much new insight and learning on how to do things and stay passionate on what we've been doing. And one thing I remembered the most is that, it's a common things for bloggers to have a writing block and I know I'm not the only one.. :''')

and also that it's okay if you still figuring out on how you want your life to be, but still be passionate and determined on things you love, always! that is the spirit I love..
I have already posted it on the blog, you can check out on; Afternoon Talk with Claradevi from Lucedale!

3. Paper Planes on Wrist

Random shot I took because I was madly in love with my new tattoo! Paper planes are so cute, and also I was addicted to One Ok Rock's musics, they got one song with Paperplanes as it song's title. The song is really ear-catching and really got that good vibes, I was making it's lyrics as the caption of this photo.
"try and change me, rearrange me, you're so crazy in the head. pull me closer to the vultures' but I won't be left for dead.money can talk but words are cheap so I'm cash in cash out. I'm taking my dollars and my dreams so I'm gonna cash in cash out."

4. Survey to UNS Hospital Construction

This photooooo makes me look like a real architecture student and I really like ittt, makes me look that busy with my oh-so-architecture study even though that it's true haha I barely show off about my college things to social media, because I feel like there's nothing really worth to share (ugh). But lately I feel like I'm a bit being open up about my college things and this is one of the instance.

UNS Hospital is still on progress, located on the outskirts of Surakarta City but its completely located in hospitals cluster there. We were demanded to go there as the subject of Studio Design 4. The lecturer told to go see how a building's establish, start from the function of each rooms, the utility and the construction itself. We had a short class on the building's (unfinished) hall and then we went straight on tour around the building, then eventually in the end of the tour we were demanded to submit the report about the things we found in the building the week after.

5. Trees and Building in George St.

It's been a long time to finally I had the chance to upload this photo to instagram. I finally got an excuse to upload this photo, that was because I joined a photo competition that was held by student association in my major. This is the photo I took when I was in Syd. You know, as a tourist, everything seems so unfamiliar to you that you really don't want it to go on a waste and become forgotten later, so instead you take everything by your camera so you can reminisce it later. (you who love to wander would already know how it feels)

It was 2012 back then, I was in my middle year of high school and I had not grown my love for architecture as huge as now. but still, I'm glad I took this photo hehehe

6. Self-Portrait

I got "that 'holiday is near' expression" as the caption of this photo. But honestly it's not about that when this photo was taken. It was on the evening, we were on the field holding sport competition for INSTING, I asked my friend to take a picture of me, but since the lens is so zoomed-in it only got my face but that was okay. And honestly, this expression came because I felt a bit awkward because my crush was there either, and you know stuffs just happened, so y. thank you.

7. The Dandelion

Dandelion, it was so beautiful to see dandelion fields but also guilty because it made you unconsciously picked the dandelions. I was joining my seniors to look around our camp site in Merbabu because the others were trekking to the peak, till out of the blue we meet dandelions field, I picked up once, I blew it, I got excited it and I picked it up again, until one of my seniors told me not to do so, we can't just pick and take anything here, and I was stoned, suddenly scared my self to death. lol. but the I apologized to the dandelions field, and I picked my last dandelion so I could bring it to our camp site, And there in our camp site, I took this photo as the hill and the fogs was down as the background, so gloomy and beautiful, I love it too. And after this photo was taken, I blew the dandelion eventually.

8. As The Fog was Down

Hiiii, do you notice that I was wearing Griffindor Scarf? lol
I got my first Road Trip Experience this year. Well actually, I got lot of road trip experience already with my father when we went mudik every 2 year since I was kid, but this time was actually road trip! You know what I mean? yeah, we stayed on hotels when we were on the road, different cities each day and that was a fun way to spend the holiday. yaay!

We went pass through the fog when we were at Tawangmangu, the fog was down and it was so beautiful, we took a stop and took some pictures anyway hahaha

9. Sun-kissed

Again, taken when I was in Merbabu. The sun finally arose and my friend asked me whether I wanted to take a picture, and here I am, waiting the sun to kiss my soul. beautiful I know. grass field, the sun, the clouds, miles away from the ground, you could also see that the clouds are below you, you know that feeling when you're standing as high as an airplane? It could be! still go overly surreal to me hehehe pure sun light, so dazzled, lighting up the whole ground, the natural orange filter you see, every where. warming up the cold ambiance, sooo pleasing and relaxing.

I think that's enough for the recap, I'm tired already (as usual), I'm sorryyyy :'')
Thank you for staying tune! Thank you 2015 for being kind enough to me, thank you my past self for being brave enough to pursue things you've been dreaming of! lots of travelling, new experiences are waiting to be achieved, so let's move on to the next page and always be grateful for what it is! :)

warm hugs, Ela Amna.
