Celebrating Kartini's Day

SMANITRA, our lovely school celebrated Kartini's Day as our annual event to remind us about what Kartini had done to women in Indonesia, women emancipation. And this year Kartini's Day was celebrated on April 28th, 2012. yey yey yey!! The event itself contained lots of competition, like Kartini-Kartono, Handmade poster, and music arrangement. and also performance from the clubs in school such as Fiesta Teater, Fiesta Voice, Modern Dance and many morrrrre.

Big thanks to Dali and Vita who were volunteering themselves to deputize our class and became Kartini and Kartono. Very glad they had such that bravery :))

And here is our Music performer! There were Deardo as Guitar player, Fajar as Guitar player too and Reicha as Main Vocal. Hahaha. They performed 2 song, the first was Ibu Kita Kartini with its arrangement followed and the second was You're Still The One which was originally performed by Shania Twain, and also with its arrangement. They were very awesome :))

This was our last Kartini's Day event on SMANITRA.. Next year we wont be allowed to participate in this event again because we would had already become 12th grader and would be busy preparing ourselves to face PTN hiks, so we documented some for that day..
